If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home Fruitify cannot be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the Post Office. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Sadly, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, if your package is damaged, you will receive a refund on products or items will be resent based on eligibility. All packages do have insurance on them, however a claim must be filed with USPS office first and won.

If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS! Once a package leaves Roswell, Georgia to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional custom fees we have no control over this.
If you make a mistake on address or somehow miss the package and it is returned to sender we will refund you for the product minus a 25%production fee. Please be careful when typing address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to USPS and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.
