Cancellations

To cancel an order, you can log into your portal and cancel or swap your subscription box. You can cancel anytime before your monthly charge date.

You must cancel your order prior to your charge date in order to not receive your monthly box. If you cancel after your monthly charge you will not receive a refund. This is due to fact your order is already being made and is in production. 

For 7 Day Trial Subscription and one time orders if you cancel within 24 hours you will receive a full refund.
